Event Info

Join us for an evening of storytelling in Hood River that strengthens the community!

Community members take the stage to share stories centered around a theme of the month. You can sign up to share a story, or just sit back and listen.

Doors open at 6pm, stories starts at 7pm. Columbia Gorge Crepes starts serving food at 6pm.

Admission is by donation of any size; we donate proceeds to a local nonprofit each month to keep our community strong through the joy of sharing stories. Since our first event in November 2021, we've raised thousands of dollars for over a dozen Gorge organizations.

With suggested themes ranging from “Adventure” to “Taboo,” anonymous mini-stories submitted by the audience, and local wine and cider flowing all night, this event is a can’t-miss, and every month is different!

First Wednesdays of the month (September through May), indoors at The Ruins.

Learn more, sign up for email updates or volunteer to share a story at: itsangiemarie.com/gorgespeakeasy
