The outdoor courtyard can accommodate up to 400 standing guests and 220 seated. The indoor space (The Back Room) is more intimate, best suited for shows around 100–120 guests.

We provide a full PA system, sound technician, lighting, and backline basics for most shows. If you have specific tech needs, just let us know when you submit your inquiry and we’ll confirm what’s available.

Yes. The Ruins bar serves local beer, wine, cider, and non-alcoholic options. On select nights, we also partner with food carts or caterers. Let us know if you'd like to coordinate food for your show.

Our neighbors at Lightwell Hotel have 69 rooms and suites, making it a perfect home base for the whole wedding to stay in downtown Hood River, plus an on-site adventure planning lounge, restaurants and a spa.

The Ruins also offers onsite parking spaces. Street parking and shuttle or bus options are available upon request.
