Actually, It Is Rocket Science is TGR's newest study of the fall line, told through the world's best skiers as they turn the mountain into a laboratory and every descent into an experiment.

The film spans Bute Inlet, British Columbia; Haines, Alaska; Japan; Finland; Andorra; Montana; Jay Peak, Vermont; and Jackson Hole, Wyoming — different mountains, snowpacks, and conditions, but the same forces always at work: speed, gravity, instinct, and consequence.

A tongue-in-cheek look at the seemingly reckless abandon of elite snow athletes, the film explores the physics of big mountain lines, the amplitude of massive gaps, and the relentless pull of gravity.

So — is it rocket science, or isn't it? Watch closely and decide for yourself.
